At X23, we move fast — because performance doesn’t wait. This Shipping Policy outlines how, where, and how quickly we deliver your gear so you can stay focused on breaking limits.
1. Order Processing (Shopify Orders)

All orders are processed through our Shopify store.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) are typically dispatched same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) will be dispatched the next business day.
During high-demand periods (product drops, promotions, holidays), dispatch times may be extended slightly — but we always aim to move fast.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a Shopify shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Destinations
Australia (Primary Shipping Zone)
X23 currently ships Australia-wide only via trusted, performance-proven courier partners.
International Shipping (Limited)
We offer limited international shipping to selected countries. Availability, rates, and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
If international shipping is not available to your location, contact us at sales@x23.com.au.
3. Courier Partners
To ensure speed and reliability, X23 ships orders using the following carriers:

Courier selection is automated through Shopify based on destination, speed, and service availability.
4. Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout via Shopify.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 AUD (Australia only)
International

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier networks, weather, or peak demand.
Australia

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International

DHL Express: 5–10 business days (destination dependent)
6. Tracking Your Order

Every X23 order is shipped with full tracking.

Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
7. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.

X23 is not liable for delays, losses, or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returned parcels due to address errors may incur re-shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

We’ll work directly with the courier to investigate and push for resolution.
8. Authority to Leave (ATL)

Some orders may be shipped with Authority to Leave enabled.

Once marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

X23 is not responsible for loss or theft after confirmed delivery.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We’ll make it right — replacement or refund — in line with Australian Consumer Law.
